Datacultr Fintech Limited in Gurugram, India seeks a PCB Design Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in schematic design and PCB layout for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits. The role focuses on delivering robust, production-ready designs.

You will handle schematic capture, layout, impedance control, and DFx compliance, supporting prototype bring-up and collaboration with manufacturers for fabrication and assembly challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Translate electrical requirements into manufacturable PCB designs.
• Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and impedance control.
• Ensure compliance with DFM/DFT guidelines and read datasheets.
• Generate Gerbers, ODB++, BOMs, and assembly outputs.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and design validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on fabrication/assembly issues.
• Maintain design documentation and revision control.

PositionOverview

We are seeking a PCB Design Engineer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in schematic design and PCB layout for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in PCB design, manufacturing considerations, and debugging support, with the ability to deliver robust and production‑ready designs.

CoreResponsibilities

• Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits
• Translate electrical requirements into robust, manufacturable PCB designs
• Perform component placement, routing, stack‑up definition, and impedance control
• Ensure compliance with DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines
• Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerbers, ODB++, pick‑and‑place files, and BOMs
• Support prototype bring‑up, debugging, and design validation
• Work with manufacturers to resolve fabrication and assembly issues
• Maintain design documentation and revision control
• Participate in design reviews and cross‑functional collaboration

KeyRequirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 year(s) of experience in PCB design
• Proficiency with Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle
• Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC basics
• Experience with multi‑layer PCB designs
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets and electrical schematics

Good tohave

• Experience with HDI, RF, or high‑speed interfaces (USB, DDR, PCIe, Ethernet)
• Basic scripting or automation exposure
• Exposure to MCAD–ECAD collaboration
• Knowledge of IPC standards such as IPC-2221 and IPC-7351
