Job summary

Continuserve Softech India in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations, validate data, generate reports, and support payroll automation and transitions.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely approvals, resolve queries, and maintain compliant records for audit readiness. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with experience in SAP, ADP, or Zoho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations including data validation and report preparation.
• Automate payroll processes and support payroll transitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
• Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance and audit readiness.
• Support audits with documentation and cross-functional coordination.
• Assist in payroll compliance activities and statutory reporting.
• Prepare monthly PowerPoint presentations highlighting operational metrics.
• Create and maintain trackers for payroll, T&E, compliance and audits.
• Handle Travel & Expense (T&E) queries and employee coordination (excluding transaction processing).

Role & responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end payroll operations through data validation, report preparation, reconciliations, and accuracy checks.
• Expertise in Payroll automation and Payroll transition
• Coordinated with internal teams to obtain approvals, resolve queries, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensured proper documentation, record maintenance, and tracking of payroll and T&E activities to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Supported internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, validating records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Assisted in payroll compliance activities by ensuring adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance reporting.
• Prepared monthly PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, highlighting key operational metrics, trends, and performance insights.
• Created and maintained operational trackers for payroll, T&E, compliance, audits, and other business processes to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Addon experience Travel & Expense (T&E) queries, validations, and employee coordination, while excluding transaction processing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of Payroll cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Power point (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Zoho, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
