Job summary

Gratitude Inc is hiring a Payroll RTR Lead in Chennai with 5–8 years of FnA/RTR experience. The role covers R2R, month-end close, BS analysis, complex journals, reporting, payroll, and client governance, with Oracle preferred. Night/rotational shifts and 100% WFO in Chennai are required, offering up to 12 LPA.

UG: B.Com; PG: M.Com; candidate will join a roles-focused finance team in a fast-paced environment requiring strong analytical and governance skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years FnA/RTR experience in finance operations.
• Experience with R2R processes, month-end close and journal postings.
• Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Night/rotational shifts and 100% WFO in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Oversee R2R, month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Perform BS analysis and manage complex journal entries.
• Ensure payroll processing and client governance standards are met.
