As the Assistant Manager/ Manager Payroll & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and governance initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
The incumbent will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, external payroll vendors, statutory authorities, and employees to support payroll administration, compliance management, audits, and regulatory reporting while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's compliance framework, ensuring payroll accuracy, mitigating regulatory risks, supporting employee satisfaction, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of HR and business operations.
