Job summary

CHR Group is seeking a Lead for GCC payroll in Chennai, India. The role focuses on leading end-to-end GCC payroll processes using SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance and reconciliations, and managing a payroll team to resolve employee queries.

The candidate should have 10–15 years of GCC payroll experience, SAP Payroll exposure, and strong knowledge of GCC labour laws, with emphasis on MS Excel and analytical skills. Female candidate preferred.

• Graduate or postgraduate with 10–15 yrs in GCC payroll.
• 2–3 yrs SAP Payroll experience preferred.
• Strong GCC labour law and payroll knowledge.
