Job summary

Western International is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities across UAE and KSA payroll operations.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years' experience in HR and Payroll, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with UAE WPS and KSA regulations. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR and Payroll experience, preferably UAE and KSA payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing in UAE and KSA compliance frameworks.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll systems and SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately for UAE and KSA entities.
• Calculate attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, incentives correctly.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for UAE and KSA.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure UAE WPS and KSA payroll regulations and GOSI compliance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities across UAE and KSA payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll compliance in both regions. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines for UAE and KSA entities.
• Ensure correct calculation of attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, incentives, and other payroll components.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payroll reports for both UAE and KSA.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE WPS and KSA payroll regulations and GOSI requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR and Payroll, preferably handling UAE and KSA payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing in UAE and KSA compliance frameworks.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
