Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru, India seeks a Delivery Lead Senior Manager / AGM to steer large-scale payroll operations. The role requires directing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate payroll globally across regions.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in payroll systems and HRIS platforms, with strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred).
• Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure.
• Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions).
• Experience in overseeing a mid-size payroll operation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing a team to deliver accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Payroll implementation exposure
• Transition exposure
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
• Understanding the process, ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring performance, balancing workloads, acting as an escalation point, and fostering a positive customer service culture
• Playing end to end QC roles and Training other members on end-to-end process controls
• Serves as the primary liaison between the teams and the customers
• Provides or resolves risks, issues and decisions escalated to their level
• Preparation of monthly SLA metrics, dashboards and other required reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
• Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills, ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
• Strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a mid-size payroll operation ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders to resolve payroll issues.
• Manage escalations, performance metrics, and SLA reporting for client stakeholders.
• Implement payroll initiatives and oversee transitions and project rollouts.
• Train team members on end-to-end payroll processes and controls.
• Serve as primary liaison between teams and customers, communicating risks and decisions.
