Job summary

G-P, a global, remote-first SaaS platform, seeks a Billing Specialist to support onboarding professionals across 180+ countries and manage payroll/billing processes with high accuracy. You will generate client bills, audit billing data, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-growing environment.

We expect 2+ years in accounting (AP/Billing), strong English communication, and the ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks. Competitive benefits and a flexible work setup are provided.

• Foreign currency to USD conversion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the audit of Payroll and Billing.
• Create and manage Billing-related reports.
• Generate client bills using various cost reports.
• Ensure accuracy on all client bills.
• Maintain client data confidentiality and integrity.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit memos or billing adjustments as needed.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks.

About This Position

As a Billing Specialist in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting our clients as we onboard professionals in more than 180 countries!
We are looking for someone with high energy and a laser-like attention to detail. We also seek someone with the ability and inclination to roll up his or her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done. Finally, we need an experienced biller with the creative thinking to roll with the punches on a fast-growing company while meeting the needs of our clients and continuing to make them love us.

What you’ll do:

• Support the audit of Payroll and Billing
• Support creation and management of Billing related reports
• Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports
• Ensure accuracy on all client bills
• Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Process credit memos or billing adjustments when necessary.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks.

What we're looking for:

Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

• Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
• Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
