Job summary

Randstad India in Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll Operations professional to own end-to-end processing for US Payroll. You will ensure accuracy and timely reporting while driving improvements in payroll reporting and accounting.

You will analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, implement projects to enhance accuracy, and reconcile payroll activity. Collaboration with the team will support data investigation and issue resolution for management.

• Ownership for end-to-end processing for US Payroll Operations
• Analyze, resolve, and communicate findings for complex payroll issues
• Develop, implement, and conduct projects and analysis to improve accuracy and reporting related to payroll operations and payroll accounting
• Ensure payroll activity is accurate and reconciled along with timely resolution and reporting of issues to management
• Assists other team members in data investigation
