Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/Test Lead for banking software in Kolkata. The role focuses on testing Core Banking, Payments, Accounts and related modules using Temenos T24/Transact.

You will design test plans, write test cases, and lead SIT/UAT activities to ensure quality and compliance with sanctions screening and payment messaging requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, report defects with proofs, and drive end-to-end testing across SOAP/REST APIs and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Core Banking, Payments, Customer, Limits and accounts modules.
• Hands on experience in Temenos T24/Transact Core Banking application modules including Accounts, Customer and Funds Transfer.
• Experience in Sanctions Screening tools.
• Experience in testing Swift payments messages.
• Experience testing SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong background in software quality assurance and testing methodologies with focus on both functional and technical aspect of T24 banking application.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong experience in test planning, execution and reporting for SIT and UAT phases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable, full end to end project lifecycle experience.
• Self-motivated to perform well and achieve goals independently, without constant external direction.

Responsibilities

• Trace test procedures with the help of a traceability matrix.
• Support business stakeholders during UAT testing.
