Job summary

DrinkPrime is seeking a Payments Executive to manage end-to-end payment processes, invoicing, GST compliance, and financial records. You will support reporting, reconciliation, and audits while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Support teams across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in GST compliance, invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; excellent coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

At DrinkPrime, we are redefining access to clean, safe drinking water through innovative IoT-enabled water purifiers delivered via a seamless subscription model. As a Payments Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting key financial reporting and reconciliation activities. This role is essential to our mission of scaling sustainably while maintaining transparency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence across our growing customer base in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad. Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely generation of accounting invoices for all customer subscriptions and transactions
• Generate and manage e-way bills in compliance with GST and regulatory requirements
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of sales, purchases, and financial transactions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support business decision-making
• Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Support) for timely billing and payment follow-ups
• Ensure strict compliance with GST, statutory regulations, and internal financial policies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including documentation and reporting
• Provide accurate data and documentation to support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
• Strong working knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bill generation
• Proficient in Excel with experience in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
