• Collaborates with software engineers to customize payment solutions per customer specs
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
• Provides technical support during onboarding of payment systems
• Creates user documentation and training materials for payment users
• Manages customer relationships as the main payment contact

The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in the airline and payments industry, a proven track record of delivery, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
