Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Payments domain specialist in Bengaluru to support requirements elicitation and documentation, process mapping, data analysis and stakeholder management. The role emphasizes agile delivery and seamless integration across payment channels including H2H, API and file-based formats.

The candidate will collaborate with product, technology and operations teams to ensure robust payments solutions and compliance with industry standards like ISO 20022 and SWIFT where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payments domain: elicitation & documentation (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Strong skills in process mapping, data analysis and stakeholder management.
