Job summary

LanceSoft India is seeking a skilled Payment Test Lead for a 12+ month remote contract in India. You will lead testing for large-scale payments and core banking programs, ensuring accuracy across processing, settlements, and regulatory schemes.

The ideal candidate has deep OBP and API experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership in complex transformations. This remote role offers Indian eligibility and extensive collaboration with vendors and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking and Payments Technology.
• Proven experience leading testing for large-scale Payments or Core Banking transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory payment schemes.
• Experience with Oracle Banking Payments (OBP), Core Banking platforms, APIs, MQ, Middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, Instant Payments, Direct Debit, and Clearing systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor governance experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
