Job summary

ImmunoACT ImmunoACT is expanding its patient support ecosystem and seeks a compassionate Patient Navigator to guide patients through their treatment journey in India, with a base in Delhi. The role involves onboarding, follow-ups, PSP enrolment, and cross-functional liaison to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in patient coordination or healthcare services, with exposure to oncology or complex therapies considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Life Sciences / Clinical Research / Nursing / Pharmacy / Healthcare Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare services.
• Exposure to oncology, specialty care, or complex therapies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey—from onboarding to follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient enrolment into PSPs and manage eligibility and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Support appointment scheduling, treatment timelines, and logistics.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate patient records, trackers, and reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of patient queries and concerns.
• Support compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and SOPs.
