Mcura Mobile Health invites energetic PCC Interns to join the Smart OPD powered by AI at Kalyani Hospital, Gurugram. You will be the first point of contact for patients and support AI-enabled intake, appointments, and billing.

This internship offers day shifts, a stipend of 15k–20k, and exposure to digital health workflows, EMR systems, and hospital operations. Freshers welcome; potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of support for patients entering the OPD.
• Assist with AI-enabled patient intake and history capture.
• Coordinate appointments, billing, queues and patient flow smoothly.
• Help patients navigate consultation, billing and follow-ups.
• Act as a bridge between patients, doctors and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ensure patient information is accurately captured in digital systems.
• Support patients in understanding digital prescriptions and reports.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and doctors as required.
• Capture patient feedback and help ensure a high-quality patient experience.
