Bridging the Gap: You will serve as the vital link between patients, medical offices, and drug manufacturers, navigating complex processes to ensure nothing stands between a patient and their medication.

Delivering Peace of Mind: Spending a significant portion of your day on the phone, you will use empathy and expertise to guide patients through their journey, answering questions and turning their anxiety into confidence.

Securing the Solution: You won't just wait for updates; you will proactively contact doctors' offices to obtain and maintain current prescriptions, ensuring there are no delays in treatment.

Protecting the Details: You will manage sensitive health data with absolute precision, ensuring that every interaction and record adheres strictly to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

Clinical Confidence: You have a degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health (Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) and possess a strong grasp of medical terminology that allows you to speak the language of healthcare providers fluently.

Heart for Service: You are naturally empathetic and patient, capable of building rapid rapport and trust with members who need help navigating sensitive health situations.

Night Owl Reliability: You are proven to be alert and professional during night shifts (EST), capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
