• Conduct UG lectures, practicals, tutorials, and viva for MBBS students per NMC guidelines.
• Manage departmental work, duty rosters for residents/JRs, quality control, and documentation for inspections.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to residents and lab technicians in diagnostic/reporting challenges.
