Job summary

Job description

• 1. Build relationships with universities, professors, and student organizations to establish the company's brand and promote our job opportunities
• 2. Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from target universities and programs
• 3. Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and teams, and extending job offers
• 4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs by identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates
• 5. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements and candidate profiles, and provide feedback on the talent market
• 6. Develop and maintain a strong network of alumni and referrals to increase the quality and quantity of incoming talent
• 7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for the company
• 8. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement

What is expected?

• 1. At least 3-7 years of experience in campus recruitment with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 3. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network and engage with university stakeholders
• 4. Knowledge of universities and the talent market, including emerging trends and best practices in campus recruitment
• 5. Visit campus (across the country) to execute the hiring and strategic relationship initiatives.
• 6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and
• 7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• 8. Passion for identifying and engaging with emerging talent and promoting the company's value proposition to prospective candidates.
