Job summary

AdVahan is seeking energetic Partner Onboarding Executives to expand our partner network by identifying prospective partners, meeting them in markets, explaining the onboarding opportunity, and guiding them through registration with the CGC.

The role requires smartphone with internet, Hindi fluency, basic English, and ability to communicate in one local language. Regular market visits, strong communication, and independent work are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with active internet connection is required.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English proficiency.
• Fluent in at least one local language of the assigned market.
• Willingness to conduct regular market visits and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partner interactions.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit local markets and identify potential partners.
• Meet and interact with prospective partners.
• Explain AdVahan partner opportunity and onboarding process.
• Help partners fill in the required registration form.
• Ensure all information and documents are captured correctly.
• Assist partners in completing their registration successfully.
• Answer FAQs and provide basic guidance.
• Coordinate with internal team for clarification when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of onboarding data.

As a Partner Onboarding Executive, you will play an important role in expanding our partner network by identifying prospective partners, meeting them in the market, explaining the opportunity, and helping them complete their registration with the CGC.

• Visit local markets and identify potential partners.
• Meet and interact with prospective partners.
• Explain the AdVahan™ partner opportunity and onboarding process.
• Help partners fill in the required registration form.
• Ensure all required information and documents are captured correctly.
• Assist partners in completing their registration successfully.
• Answer frequently asked questions and provide basic guidance.
• Coordinate with the internal team whenever a partner requires additional clarification.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of partner onboarding data.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms, and basic digital applications.
• Hindi: Fluent.
• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.
• Comfortable with regular market visits and face-to-face interaction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer basic partner queries.
• Responsible and accurate while collecting partner information and documents. Self-driven and comfortable working independently.

Payment

• Salary/earnings are credited on the last day of every month.
