Job summary

AdVahan is hiring a Partner Onboarding Executive to expand its partner network by meeting potential partners in local markets and guiding them through registration.

The role involves explaining onboarding steps, assisting with forms, and maintaining accurate onboarding data, with regular market travel and strong customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with active internet connection required.
• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms and basic digital apps.
• Fluency in at least one local language of the market; Hindi fluent.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness for regular market visits and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

AdVahan™ is looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join us as Partner Onboarding Executives.

As a Partner Onboarding Executive, you will play an important role in expanding our partner network by identifying prospective partners, meeting them in the market, explaining the opportunity, and helping them complete their registration with the CGC.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets and identify potential partners.
• Meet and interact with prospective partners.
• Explain the AdVahan™ partner opportunity and onboarding process.
• Help partners fill in the required registration form.
• Ensure all required information and documents are captured correctly.
• Assist partners in completing their registration successfully.
• Answer frequently asked questions and provide basic guidance.
• Coordinate with the internal team whenever a partner requires additional clarification.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of partner onboarding data.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms, and basic digital applications.
• Hindi: Fluent.
• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.
• Comfortable with regular market visits and face-to-face interaction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer basic partner queries.
• Responsible and accurate while collecting partner information and documents. Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
