AdVahan is seeking energetic individuals to join as Partner Onboarding Executives in Gurugram. You will identify potential partners, meet them in markets, explain onboarding opportunities, and assist with registrations to expand the partner network.

The role requires fluency in Hindi and basic English, with comfort in face-to-face interactions and regular market visits. Flexible work options include part-time and full-time arrangements with clear earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms, and basic digital applications.
• Hindi: Fluent.
• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.
• Comfortable with regular market visits and face-to-face interaction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer basic partner queries.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently.

As a Partner Onboarding Executive, you will play an important role in expanding our partner network by identifying prospective partners, meeting them in the market, explaining the opportunity, and helping them complete their registration with the CGC.

• 6 hours per day
• Earnings of up to ₹27,000 per month.

Payment

• Salary/earnings are credited on the last day of every month.
• Compensation may depend on role performance, onboarding activity, and applicable terms.
