Job summary

AdVahan is seeking energetic individuals for Partner Onboarding Executive roles to expand our partner network. You will identify prospective partners in local markets, meet them in person, and guide them through registration with the CGC.

You will explain opportunities, collect required information, and provide basic guidance while coordinating with internal teams for clarification and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.
• Hindi: Fluent.
• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms, and basic digital applications.
• Hindi: Fluent.
• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.
• Comfortable with regular market visits and face-to-face interaction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer basic partner queries.
• Responsible and accurate while collecting partner information and documents. Self-driven and comfortable working independently.

Part-Time

• Flexible part-time engagement.
• Earnings of up to ₹900 per working day.

Full-Time

• 4 working days per week
• 6 hours per day
• Earnings of up to ₹27,000 per month.

Payment

• Salary/earnings are credited on the last day of every month.
• Compensation may depend on role performance, onboarding activity, and applicable terms.
