You will be the primary contact for partner universities, guiding them through onboarding and providing ongoing support while coordinating with internal teams to ensure value delivery.

You will also engage international students on the platform, manage the Campus Ambassador Program, and translate partner feedback into product improvements.

We are looking for a Partner Engagement Associate who can play a critical role in fostering strong partnerships with Universities and International Students and maximizing the value derived from those relationships. They act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic partner for the company's partners, working towards mutual success and sustained business growth.

Job Description

The responsibilities of a Partner Engagement Associate encompass the development and nurturing of strong relationships with strategic partners, namely client universities in the UK, Germany, Austria, and Australia. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, guiding partner universities through the onboarding process, and ensuring continuous support and communication to understand their needs and deliver the best services, all while building long-lasting relationships. Additionally, the role entails maintaining regular communication with international students (platform users) to comprehend their needs and coordinate with the team to implement solutions. Job responsibilities also include overseeing the Campus Ambassador Program. The Partner Engagement Analyst will work closely with the Partner Engagement Manager. Please note that this position requires office-based work and does not allow for remote or hybrid arrangement.

  • Forge seamless collaborations with our internal teams to co-create and deliver optimal solutions for our valued partners.
  • Partner closely with universities and our dedicated ambassadors to streamline the signup process and impart comprehensive product knowledge, ensuring an effortless onboarding experience.
  • Serve as a valuable conduit for feedback from our partners, channeling their insights into our ongoing efforts to enhance our products and services, thereby fostering a continuous cycle of improvement and innovation.
