Job summary

EarnMedia in the Greater Jodhpur Area is seeking a Partner and Content Creator to work on-site. You will collaborate with brand partners to understand marketing objectives and co-create content strategies that drive performance across campaigns.

You will plan and produce digital content for social posts, articles, short videos, and marketing copy; coordinate with internal teams; track content performance; and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and EarnMedia’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with performance marketing objectives.
• Strong skills in creating clear, engaging and brand-consistent digital content for various platforms.
• Comfort collaborating with partners and internal teams, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, content performance metrics, and audience targeting.
• Proficiency with common content and social media tools (CMS, social media management, basic design/video tools).

Responsibilities

The Partner and Content Creator role is an on-site position based in the Greater Jodhpur Area. In this role, the individual collaborates with brand partners to understand their marketing objectives and co-create content strategies that support performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and producing digital content (such as social posts, articles, short videos, and marketing copy), coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, and tracking content performance to recommend improvements. The role also involves participating in client meetings, maintaining strong partner relationships, and ensuring that all content reflects brand guidelines and EarnMedia’s quality standards.
