Job summary

Accor is seeking a skilled Painter for hotel property maintenance in Assam. The role involves executing interior and exterior painting, wood polishing, surface preparation, and epoxy coatings, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in hotels or similar facilities.

Candidates should have experience in plaster repairs, drywall work, wallpapering, and finishing to meet high quality standards. Preference will be given to those from 4/5-star hotel environments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience; preferably in a hotel, luxury property, commercial building, or facility management.
• Wood polishing, varnishing, furniture/door polishing and touch-up work.
• Preferred, particularly experience in a 4/5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintenance of the Painting/Polishing equipment.
• To execute and maintain the painting of the building (interior and exterior).
• Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards of the company
• Execute plaster repairs, drywall boarding and taping, and wallpapering.
• Ensure to perform any type of epoxy coatings.
• Surface preparation, putty and primer application, emulsion/enamel painting, wood polishing and varnishing, colour matching, touch-up work, minor repair work, and adherence to safety standards
