Job summary

Accor in India is seeking a Duty Engineer to oversee daily operations, maintenance programmes, and staff assignments within the hotel. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor consumption, and ensure efficient workflow.

You will also manage team performance, conduct reviews and trainings, and prepare weekly staff schedules while upholding high standards of professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
