What You’ll Do

• Design packaging for consumer products with strong retail shelf impact
• Translate product features and value into clear, visually engaging packaging layouts
• Work on both original brand packaging and licensed-themed packaging
• Create packaging artwork, dielines, and print-ready files
• Ensure packaging consistency across SKUs and product ranges
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align packaging with positioning and target audience
• Adapt quickly to new product launches and packaging requirements in a fast-moving startup

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer electronics or retail products
• Strong understanding of retail packaging, product communication, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to convert technical features into customer-friendly visuals
• Experience working with dielines, print processes, and packaging formats
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and packaging layout tools
• Someone practical, organised, and comfortable in a startup environment

Bonus Points

• Exposure to toy, gadget, lifestyle or electronics categories
• Experience working with licensed brands or themed packaging
• Understanding of how packaging impacts online listings and product perception
