Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with 34 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing packaging for consumer products, preferably in the medical or health-tech space. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that are functional, compliant, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging concepts for medical devices and consumer health products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure packaging meets functional and compliance requirements.
• Create artwork, dielines, mockups, and prototypes for packaging formats including boxes, blister packs, and inserts.
• Ensure packaging designs align with brand identity and enhance user experience.
• Conduct material research and liaise with suppliers to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare print-ready files and oversee production quality.
• Perform verification and validation studies as per applicable ISO standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE).
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in packaging design, preferably in medical or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and packaging design software.
• Strong understanding of print production, materials, and structural design.
• Familiarity with Quality Management System, regulatory labeling and compliance for medical products.
