Job summary

StylSmyth is a Global Capability Centre focused on the fashion and lifestyle industry, delivering end-to-end design and operations support to international brands.

We seek a packaging designer with 2–4 years of experience to create die lines, mock ups, and production-ready artwork, while ensuring brand compliance and accurate translations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of packaging design experience with brand compliance.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create / edit die lines and mock ups for packaging.
• Design and manage production of printed packaging.
• Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
• Ensure brand-compliant packaging with accurate translations and bar codes.
• Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
• Create mock-ups for final presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation / Editing of Die Line
• Creating Mock Up & PDQ
• Utilize retail environment awareness and follow specifications and guidelines.
• Design and manage production of printed packaging.
• Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
• Execute brand-compliant packaging graphics, ensuring foreign language translations and adding bar codes.
• Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
• Create mock-ups for final presentations.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in packaging design, ensuring brand compliance.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & other Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of pre-flight artwork development and printing techniques.
• Good at communication, Project Management, and Team Collaboration.
