Job description

This role sits at the intersection of branding, packaging, print, and product experience.

You’ll work across private-label packaging, offline brand assets, cross-brand collaborations, packaging systems, and new product launches — taking ideas from an initial concept all the way through to final production.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond creating visually appealing designs and understands how brand identity, materials, print processes, production constraints, functionality, and customer experience come together.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end design process for private-label packaging, from concept development to final artwork and production.
  • Develop packaging concepts that are aligned with brand identity, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Create packaging systems and visual languages that can scale across multiple SKUs and product categories.
  • Work on print and offline brand assets across different customer and retail touchpoints.
  • Design for new product launches, ensuring packaging and physical brand experiences are consistent and distinctive.
  • Work on cross-brand collaborations and special packaging projects.
  • Translate brand guidelines and visual identities into practical packaging and physical applications.
  • Work closely with marketing, category, product, sourcing, and operations teams to understand business and product requirements.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, manufacturers, and production partners to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and manage iterations based on technical and manufacturing requirements.
  • Evaluate materials, finishes, formats, print techniques, and structural possibilities to improve the overall packaging experience.
  • Balance aesthetics with functionality, cost, scalability, usability, and production feasibility.
  • Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, print technologies, and emerging design approaches.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand design, packaging design, graphic design, or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
  • Hands-on experience designing for physical formats, especially packaging and print.
  • Good understanding of print production, materials, finishes, dielines, colour, typography, and pre-press.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to take a design from concept → artwork → production.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how designs translate from screen to physical products.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from brief to execution.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, branding, print, or other physical-world design work.
