StylSmyth seeks an experienced Fashion Design Lead to manage multiple client accounts and guide a team of designers through concept to production. You will review CADs, tech packs, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and market readiness while shaping silhouettes, color stories, and fabrics.

You will mentor designers, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design intent and timely delivery in a fast-paced global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 4-6+ years of fashion design experience with team management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, tech packs, and apparel production.
• Knowledge of AI to match client expectations.
• Good communication, project management, and team collaboration.
