Weekday AI is seeking an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor for Pune/Hyderabad clients. You will guide students and parents through overseas education journeys, advising on universities and courses across destinations such as USA, Germany, Australia, and more, from enquiry to admission.

The role demands strong communication, a track record of meeting counselling and enrolment targets, and an established network of education agents.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education sales, with at least 1 year in the same company.
• Study Abroad knowledge is must – USA & Germany an added advantage.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrolment targets.
• Minimum education qualification: Graduation in any stream; Postgraduate preferred.

As a Study Abroad Counsellor you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their overseas education journey via face-to-face counselling sessions. Your focus will be to understand student aspirations, recommend the right universities and courses across destinations (USA, Germany, Australia and more) and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person counselling sessions with students and parents.
