Job summary

Collegedunia is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate – Counselling in Gurugram (Sector 50) to guide students through the study abroad journey, evaluate profiles, and recommend universities.

The role requires 1–3 years in overseas education, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a graduate degree. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage CRM workflows, and help students onboarding and targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end guidance to students throughout the study abroad process
• Collaborate with internal teams (application, visa, etc.) to ensure seamless operations
• Manage workflows across CRM systems, consultant portals, and Google Sheets
• Address queries related to university selection and application procedures
• Achieve and exceed student onboarding and sales targets
• Support additional initiatives and tasks as assigned by your manager
