Job summary

Admissify Edutech in Bengaluru seeks an abroad education counsellor to guide students through the complete study abroad process, from course selection to visa approval.

You will provide university admission assistance, SOP and LOR gathering, visa guidance, financial and scholarship support, and test preparation coordination. Pre-departure orientation and housing logistics are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• University Admission Assistance: Help students complete application forms, write strong SOPs (Statements of Purpose), and gather Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
• Visa Guidance: Direct students through visa documentation, financial proof requirements, and interview preparation.
• Financial & Scholarship Support: Provide information on tuition fees, budgeting, education loans, and available international scholarships.
• Test Preparation Coordination: Inform students about mandatory entrance and language tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, or SAT.
• Pre-Departure Support: Conduct orientations to help students adjust to a new culture, arrange housing, and understand travel logistics.
