Job summary

Hyatt International is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in running a busy hotel outlet in accordance with Hyatt standards. You will help ensure guest satisfaction and profitability by maintaining service quality and operating within the set budget.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant hotel or large restaurant supervision, with a diploma in Hospitality or related field.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable centre and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate within budget and uphold Hyatt International standards to meet owner and guest expectations.
