Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or 2 years as Team Leader/Captain in a hotel with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, aligned with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring guest satisfaction within budget.
