Job summary

Q1 Technologies is hiring for a permanent Finance & Accounting Operations role in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will handle end-to-end P2P and OTC processes, including AP/AR, invoicing, and vendor payments, while ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.

We seek 10+ years' experience with strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills and familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP systems. The role requires a commerce/finance-related degree and compliance with accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in PTP, OTC, AP/AR or related finance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Good Excel, analytical, communication and reconciliation skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Ability to meet quality, productivity and SLA targets.
