Job summary

Prattwhitney in India is seeking a Financial OTC Billing Analyst to support the order-to-cash – Billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You will work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel to generate invoices, monitor outstanding queries, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

The role requires a finance commerce degree, 6+ years OTC billing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in OTC Billing/Invoicing.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (finance graduates only, no technical graduates).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing documents in ERP as per policy, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for correctness, aligned with guidelines.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding finance/customer queries and transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from international entities to resolve queries and ensure smooth invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with customers; adhere to KPI metrics.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors in OTC Billing process.
• Support knowledge transfer and SOP documentation for smooth handover with international teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial OTC Billing Analyst to join our Enterprise Financial Service OTC team. This role will support the order-to-cash – Billing process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer Billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in learning finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer billing document in the ERP system as per defined policy and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for correctness, ensuring alignment as per the guidelines.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Finance/customer queries and transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or orders.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from international entities to resolve queries, customer issues and ensure smooth Invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with customers and adhere to KPI Metrics.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders.
• Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the OTC - Billing process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• End-to-end process transition by assisting in knowledge transfer, documentation of SOPs, and ensuring smooth handover with minimal operational impact from International Team.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years for experience in OTC Billing/Invoicing Process.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Only Finance Graduates), No Technical Graduates.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Prior experience of working in a Shared Service / GCC Environment is must.
