Job summary

Infosys BPM in India is seeking a skilled Finance Operations Lead to manage end-to-end RTR, OTC/O2C, and PTP/P2P processes. You will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA adherence, and lead a high-performing team across multiple processes.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/JDE), and proven stakeholder management. You will contribute to process improvements and risk management in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Of Commerce is required.
• Experience in RTR/OTC/O2C and PTP/P2P processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, JDE or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day RTR, OTC, and PTP operations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, invoice processing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and process performance metrics.
• Conduct RCA for process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder/client communication and governance calls.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Support transitions, process standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, SOX, and risk requirements.
