Job summary

Unwind Hospitality in Delhi NCR is seeking a hands-on OTA Manager to oversee online distribution for a portfolio of hotels and resorts. You will manage rates, inventory and promotions across major OTAs to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in OTA/hotel reservations, familiarity with PMS or channel managers (eZee preferred), strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in OTA / hotel reservations / e-commerce / distribution.
• Hands-on experience with major hotel OTAs.
• Knowledge of PMS/channel managers, preferably eZee.
• Good Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and other OTA platforms.
• Manage daily rates, inventory, room mapping, availability and promotions.
• Monitor competitor pricing and recommend rate changes to management.
• Ensure rate parity, content accuracy and OTA visibility.
• Monitor OTA bookings, cancellations, pickup, ADR and revenue.
• Manage OTA promotions, offers and packages.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews and ratings.
• Coordinate with reservations and property teams for inventory and rate requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly OTA performance reports.
• Coordinate with OTA account managers and resolve extranet/channel issues.
• Assist in onboarding new properties and OTA listings.

About the Role

Unwind Hospitality is looking for a hands-on OTA Manager to manage online distribution and day-to-day OTA performance across our portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and other OTA platforms.
• Manage daily rates, inventory, room mapping, availability and promotions.
• Monitor competitor pricing and recommend rate changes to management.
• Ensure rate parity, content accuracy and OTA visibility.
