Job summary

Siemens India is seeking a skilled OT Cyber Security Testing Engineer to join our team in Goa. The role centers on implementing, testing, and executing cyber security solutions within OT environments, including SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, SOC, and IDS/IPS.

• B.Tech / B.E in Electronics or CS with 5+ years in Cyber Security.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation.
• Hands-on in SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, SOC, IDS/IPS, RBAC, AD, and System Hardening.
• Networking knowledge: switches, firewalls, routers.
• OT systems, patch management, vulnerability assessment, network analysis, automation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Cyber Security Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The primary role involves Implementation, Testing, and Execution of Cyber Security Solutions such as:
IDS (Intrusion Detection System), SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, SOC, RBAC, Active Directory (AD), Vulnerability Assessment, Antivirus & Whitelisting, System Hardening

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

Technical:

• Implementation, Testing, Execution of Cyber Security Solutions

Sales / BD / Operations Support:

• Support Sales, Engineering, Execution Teams for Cyber Security requirements

Trainings:

• Conduct Internal & External Cyber Security Trainings

Cyber Security Lab:

• Vulnerability & Patch Evaluation, Patch Testing, Patch Management
• Trials, Simulations, Testing for cybersecurity

Industry Connect:

• Represent in External Forums & Events

Other:

• Specification / Tender Evaluation
• CRP Panel Testing Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech / B.E (Electronics / Computer Science) with 5+ years experience in Cyber Security
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 Implementation
• Hands-on experience in:
  SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, SOC, IDS/IPS, RBAC, AD, System Hardening, Antivirus Deployment
• Networking knowledge:
  Ethernet Switches, Firewalls, Routers
• Strong understanding of:
  OT Systems & Protocols, Patch Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Network Analysis, Automation
• Certifications (Preferred):
  IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSP, NNCE
• Additional knowledge:
  Secure Architecture, Secure Remote Access, Endpoint Security
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills
