KNR Management Consultants is partnering with a global leader in chemicals to identify an experienced Order-to-Cash Process Expert to lead and transform end-to-end customer fulfillment globally.

The role emphasizes designing, standardizing and driving global O2C improvements across regions, with SAP S/4HANA as a mandatory enabler and a strong GCC background preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduation in a relevant field with strong sales experience.
• 8-12+ years in O2C, Sales Ops, SCM or BPM in chemical, multinational manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Deep expertise across commercial, supply chain and finance in B2B.
• Global experience across EU, APAC, LATAM preferred.
• Shared Services / GCC background preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA expertise in O2C, SD and billing/revenue processes.
• Track record as Process Owner or Transformation Lead driving harmonization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change skills.

Responsabilités

We are currently partnering with a global leader in the chemicals industry to find an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Expert to lead, standardize, and transform their end-to-end customer fulfillment operations globally.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a strong Shared Services / Global Capability Center (GCC) background within the chemical or process manufacturing sectors.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for designing, governing, standardizing, and continuously improving the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process across the organization.
• Drive process harmonization and transformation across different regions and business units to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to boost order accuracy, cycle times, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the vital bridge between business strategy and IT, guiding global ERP transformation programs using SAP S/4HANA as a mandatory enabler.

What we’re looking for:

• Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation is required, backed by solid experience in the Sales function.
• 8-12+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management within the chemical, multinational manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Possess deep expertise in commercial, supply chain, and finance processes in B2B industry segments.
• Mandatory global experience covering international regions (EU, APAC, and LATAM preferred).
• Prior experience within a Shared Services / GCC setup is strongly preferred.
• Mandatory SAP S/4HANA expertise in O2C, Sales & Distribution, and billing/revenue processes to translate business requirements into tech workflows.
• Proven track record as a Process Owner, Transformation Lead, or Functional Consultant driving global process harmonization.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
