Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Associate Manager in Gurgaon to join the Finance Operations team. You will be responsible for AR ledger maintenance, cash flow visibility, and end-to-end revenue processes from customer inquiry to invoicing.

The role requires 10–14 years of experience, graduation in any field, and readiness to work in shifts. You will analyze data reports, reconcile transactions, and support senior management in achieving accurate financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility and end-to-end revenue and cash flow management, including billing.
• Support cash application processing and reconciliation of unapplied cash, coordinating with customers.
• Investigate, resolve and troubleshoot unidentified and unapplied cash items and match debit and credit transactions.
• Interact with supervisor, team leads, and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Investigate, resolve and troubleshoot unidentified and unapplied cash item and match debit and credit transactions. What are we looking for?
