Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an experienced Order to Cash Operations Manager to drive end-to-end cash flow processes within the Finance Operations group. You will collect data, perform analyses, reconcile transactions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to optimize working capital and billing.

The role emphasizes cash applications, reinstatement of unapplied cash, and collaboration with clients. 13–18 years of experience and exposure to REITs are preferred; Yardi ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• 13–18 years of experience in related domain.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to collect operational data, report, analyze, and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real‑time visibility and end‑to‑end revenue and cash flow management; streamline billing processes.
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits, post AR activity to the general ledger.
• Identify risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transform processes for efficiency.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger. What are we looking for?

• Your primary interaction will be with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
• Some latitude in decision‑making is involved, you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• You will need to flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed
• You will need to have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
• Decisions that you make in this role will have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
• You will be managing medium - large sized teams and or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
• You would require transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.
