• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an international process with focus on Order Management.
• Fast learner and capable multitasker with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong relationship management skills to liaise with US stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills; MS Office suite familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for the company’s sales divisions.
• Develop documentation related to support and processes.
• Plan inventory control and coordinate product distribution.
• Handle chargebacks, returns, and credits; resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries about product info, pricing, and orders.
• Communicate order status and delays to customers; liaise with delivery partners.
• Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to expedite processing.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Summary

- The order management team at MSI is a highly efficient and detail-oriented group responsible for processing customer orders with precision and timeliness. We excel in inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand without excess. Through clear communication and adept use of technology, the team ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by fulfilling orders accurately and promptly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing sales orders for the company's sales divisions.
• Developing documentation related to support.
• Planning inventory control.
• Arranging distribution of products.
• Solving problems in cases of product returns.
• Placing orders, processing return requests, and entering credits.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding product information, ordering procedures, special orders, pricing, quotes, problems, returns, and shipping.
• Communicating with customers about order status, any delays, or problems with their requests.
• Serving as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.
• Providing information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to expedite
• processing of damaged and defective merchandise.
• Performing additional duties as required or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should possess minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an international process; specialization in Order Management is preferred.
• Should be a fast learner.
• The candidate should possess relationship management skills since the job will involve liaising with customers and US stakeholders.
• The candidate should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, learnmore, and be flexible.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management.
• Should have excellent PC skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Access (optional).
• Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assume accountability for issues until final resolution.
• Flexible to night shifts is mandatory (9:00 pm to 6:00 am).
