Job summary

Glorious Hr Services is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Coordinator with AR experience in payment processing, cash applications, and reconciliation. The role requires handling cheque/wire transfers, resolving AR-related queries, and ensuring accurate postings across systems.

Night shift and immediate joining are expected, with 5-day workweeks and rotational offs. The candidate should be proficient with Excel/Access, and familiar with AS400, Oracle, and Maestro.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in cash applications, payment processing, or AR operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily balancing of payment uploads and Symcor mail payments.
• Process cheques and wire transfers from multiple banks and post payments into AR systems.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries from different AR systems.
• Review payments held in suspense accounts and transfer to correct accounts.
• Review and process unprocessable items returned by Symcor.
• Prepare payment upload files by compiling intercompany transfers and payment posting requests.
• Manage group mailboxes and assist business teams with payment-related queries.
• Coordinate with Cash Accounting team to balance transfers across AR systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy updates.
• Participate in projects and prepare ad hoc reports or analyses.

• Experience with AS400, Oracle, V21, SGI, and Maestro will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
