Job summary

Trigent Software is seeking a competent Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow cycles from order booking through collection. You will create billing drafts, review them for client guidelines, and ensure invoices are thoroughly documented for client submission.

Responsibilities include verifying POs, tickets, and delivery notes for accuracy, resolving unbilled items, and maintaining billing guidelines for assigned clients while upholding SLA/KPI targets and strong supplier

• Maintaining billing and invoice delivery guideline information for assigned client
• Execute defined scope of work with the client ensuring SLA & KPI targets are met
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships to support business needs
• Maintain quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement
