Job summary

WSNE Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash specialist to own end-to-end O2C, including billing, invoicing, AR and revenue management.

You will oversee collections, cash application, customer reconciliations and aging balances, while managing deductions and disputes. The role requires monitoring SLAs/KPIs and driving efficiency through process improvements within the OTC team.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end O2C operations including billing, AR and revenue management.
• Strong experience with collections, cash application and reconciliations.
• Proven track record in reducing disputes and improving process efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee collections, cash application, customer reconciliations and outstanding/aging balances.


• Manage deductions, disputes and billing discrepancies, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders for resolution.


• Monitor OTC process performance, SLAs/KPIs, cash flow and revenue-related reports and drive timely closure of issues.


• Lead the OTC team/process, manage escalations and support process improvements, controls and operational efficiency.
