Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking an Order Processing Analyst in India to support sales contract management and provisioning, coordinating with Sales Ops, Legal, Finance and other teams to ensure timely order execution.

You will process orders, validate data, activate client access, and track progress in CRM while driving customer satisfaction and process improvements in a high-growth environment.

Order Processing Analyst role at AlphaSense in India.

The Order Processing Team handles sales contract management and provisioning to meet financial and legal requirements and deadlines. You will work with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance and other internal teams to execute the order lifecycle process (order processing, sales contract management and provisioning). You will also use problem-solving and project management skills to promote operational excellence, customer service and teamwork.
